Bahan:

1. 450 gram daging sapi, diiris tipi
2. 6 sdm saus teriyaki, siap pakai
3. 2 sdm kecap manis
4. 2 sdm gula pasir
5. 3 sdm minyak, untuk menumis daging
6. ½ sdt merica hitam
7. 6 siung bawang putih, iris tipis
8. 1 butir bawang bombay, iris tipis
9. 1 buah paprika merah
10. 3 cm jahe parut, peras, ambil airnya
11. 1 sdt garam
12. 150 ml air

Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Beef Teriyaki (Jepang):


1. Rendam daging di dalam campuran saus teriyaki, kecap manis dan gula pasir selama 1 jam.
2. Tumis bawang putih hingga harum, masukkan daging, aduk-aduk hingga kaku, angkat, sisihkan.
3. Tumis bawang bombay, masukkan tumisan daging, tambahkan paprika, bumbu lain dan air Masak hingga daging empuk dan bumbu meresap.

Tip: teriyaki merupakan saus perendam masakan jepang yang terbuat dari kecap, jahe, bawang putih dan mirin. Berwarna cokelat cair. Dijual dalam kemasan botol.

B. RESEP MASAKAN NASI AYAM ALA SHANGHAI

Bahan:

1. 1 ekor ayam, bersihkan, potong-potong
2. 2 sdm minyak, untuk menumis
3. 3 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
4. 3 buah cabai merah besar, buang bijinya, iris halus
5. 2 batang daun bawang, iris halus
6. 50 gram jamur shitake, rendam dengan air panas, iris memanjang
7. 1 sdm ikan
8. 1 sdm kecap asin
9. Garam secukupnya
10. ½ sdt merica bubuk
11. 1 liter beras, cuci bersih
12. 1 ½ liter air kaldu ayam
13. 50 gram udang, kupas, biarkan ekornya, lumuri dengan sedikit garam
14. 100 gram tepung terigu
15. 1 butir telur ayam, kocok lepas, untuk celupan
16. Minyak goreng secukupnya, untuk menggoreng
17. 1 butir telur, kocok lepas, buat dadar, iris-iris
18. Kerupuk sagu

Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Nasi Ayam Ala Shanghai:


1. Rebus ayam sampai setengah matang, sisihkan.
2. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih, cabai merah dan daun bawang sampai harum. Masukkan ayam dan jamur.
3. Tambahkan kecap ikan, kecap asin, garam dan merica, aduk rata, sisihkan.
4. Masak beras bersama kaldu dan tumisan ayam. Aduk sampai air kaldu terserap, angkat. Kukus sampai matang, angkat.
5. Masukkan udang ke dalam tepung terigu, lalu celupkan ke dalam telur. Goreng udang sampai kecokelatan. Sajikan nasi ayam dengan irisan telur dadar, udang goreng dan kerupuk sagu.

Untuk 4-5 Porsi

C. RESEP MASAKAN CUMI GORENG BUMBU LENGKUAS

Bahan:

1. 500 gram cumi ukuran besar, buang kulit dan isi perutnya
2. 100 ml air
3. Minyak untuk menggoreng

Haluskan:

1. 5 siung bawang putih
2. 1 sdt ketumbar, sangrai
3. 3 cm kunyit
4. 3 cm jahe
5. 100 gram lengkuas muda, parut
6. 1 sdt garam
7. ½ sdt kaldu bubuk, jika suka

Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Cumi Goreng Bumbu Lengkuas:


1. Campur cumi dengan bumbu yang dihaluskan dan air. Ungkep dengan dengan api kecil sampai bumbu meresap. Angkat, sisihkan.
2. Goreng cumi yang sudah diungkep sampai kunign kecokelatan. Goreng juga bumbunya secara terpisah. Angkat, tiriskan.
3. Sajikan cumi goreng dengan taburan bumbu yang telah digoreng.

1. Only applicants originating in developing countries, qualify for selection. To be eligible, candidates must reside and work in their country at the time of the introduction of the file.

Nah jika anda ingin mengetahui cara merawat burung yang baik dan benar, maka berikut ini kami berikan beberapa Tips Perawatan Burung Berkicau yang tentunya dapat bermanfaat bagi anda, seperti berikut;

A. CARA MERAWAT BURUNG CENDET/PENTET
hari 1, pagi 2 ekor jangkrik +2 UH,sorenya 2 ekor jangkrik..
hari 2, satu sendok makan kroto,sorenya 2 ekor jangkrik
hari 3. 2ekor jangkrik tanpa UH ,dan sorenya 2 ekor jangkrik,
hari 4, jangan dikasih ekstrafooding,utk mengurangi kelebihan yg ada di tubuhnya..
hari 5,kembali pada hari 1,oh ya setiap hari jam jemurnya ditambah 5 menit
bila dalam suatu hari frekuensi bunyinya bertambah mas dapat menaikan jumlah jangkriknya menjadi 3...dan naikan terus bila ada progresnya...sampai burung tsb sudah dapat berkicau selama 30 menit s/d 1 jam...dan sehari bisa 5-8 kali frekuensinya.maka jumlah jangkriknya jgn ditambah atau dikurangi pada jumlah terakhir..berarti dosis ekstrafoodingnya sudah "ketemu"..

Note : untuk menaikan porsi jangkrik,ada baiknya anda memakai deadline mis 2 minggu atau sebulan...karena utk menemukan dosis yg pas harus pelan2 dan sabar agar tidak over

1) Isian untuk pentet
Yang bisa buat master suara pentet adalah lovebird (cari yang speed rapat dan panjang), belalang (speed jangan terlalu rapat), celilin (hati-hati waktu memaster dgn celilin karena volume nya yg keras bisa membuat mental pentet down), burung gereja kawin (ini cukup ngetrend akhir2 ini), pelatuk, jangkrik,cucak cungkok. Untuk kutilang, tidak bisa sembarangan kutilang, mesti cari yang suaranya 'brebet' terus, karena suara ini yg dicari.

2) Pentet salto
Ada beberapa penyebab:
- Karakter burung tsb
- Terlalu berahi
- Stress

Ada beberapa solusi yg bisa dicoba:
- Memandikan burung tersebut lebih sering. tapi hati2 karena ini bisa menjadikan kinerja burung turun.
- Memahami kebutuhan extra fooding secara tepat. Ini tidak bisa digeneralisir, porsi bisa berbeda untuk tiap2 burung.
- Pahami karakter burung dengan mengubah jenis tangkringan, apakah sejajar ataukan silang, jenis kandang, apakah kandang besar atau kecil. Ini semua bisa mengurangi salto pentet
- Untuk burung stress, bisa disuahakan dgn cara disendirikan dulu. Setelah rajin berbunyi lagi, usahakan waktu menggantung di tempat yg agak rendah dan ramai lalu lalang orang,agar mental pentet bisa lebih terlatih

B. CARA MERAWAT BURUNG MURAI BATU
Sebenarnya cara perawatan murai batu ini hampir sama saja dengan perawatan burung yang lainnya, yang pasti kita harus tau dulu karakter burung tersebut, mental matang, gamapang galak atau justru susah fight/galak dilapangan, setelah tau barulah kita dapat mengontrol karakternya tsb melalui makanan dan extra foodingnya.

Cara perawatan yang akan saya sampaikan berikut ini khusus untuk burung-burung yang sudah bermental matang artinya tidak terlalu galak ataupun tidak terlalu loyo.

Perawatan Harian

1.Pagi sekitar jam 7.00 krodong burung di buka ditempat teduh
2. lalu berikan 5 ekor jangkrik
3. berikan 2 sendok makan kroto yg sudah dibersihkan
4. jemur 1-2 jam (tergantung kesenangannya) krn ada jg murai yg tidak mau dijemur terlalu lama, cukup 0.5 jam saja.
5. setelah selesai dianginkan 20 mnt lalu ditutup, simpan ditempat teduh dan dikelilingi burung isian
6. sore sekitar jam 3 sore buka krodong lalu mandikan
7. setelah selesai beri jangkrik kembali 5 ekor setelah itu tutup kmbali
8. gantung burung ditempat yg tenang dan jangan terlalu terang sehingga burung dapat ber istirahat dengan tnang.

Catatan : Untuk yg senang memberikan Vitamin sebaiknya cukup diberikan 2x seminggu, jangan terlalu ering memberikan vitamin, murai termasuk burng yang sensitif terhadap bau yg berlebihan...kalau terlalu sering dan terlalu banyak memberi vit, bisa2 murai jd tidak mau minum sehingga burung jd serak.
sebagai catatan tidak ada satupun murai saya yang menggunakan vitamin untuk perawatan harian kecuali jika burung sakit atau rontok bulu.

Justin Bieber to Appear on David Letterman

January 24, 2011, (Sawf News) - Justin Bieber will appear on David Letterman's Late Show on Monday,

January 31 to promote his new 3-D film, "Never Say Never."

The 16-year-old Canadian star will appear for a second time on Friday, February 4, to present the Top Ten list.

'Never Say Never' is documentary concert film on Bieber's 2010 tour and features performances and interviews with the singer. It releases in theaters February 11.

Bieber appeared on the Late Show earlier on March 23, 2010, when he performed his hit song, "Baby." on the Late Show on March 23, 2010.

Bieber recently filmed a second episode of CSI that will air on Thursday, February 17.

Bieber guest-starred in the season premiere of the show on September 23, 2010, playing troubled teen Jason McCann, whose brother was killed by the CSIs at the end of the episode.

The new episode begins with Jason calling Nick (George Eads) to tip him off that he's in imminent danger.

Bieber and fellow Grammy nominee Usher will also performer together with Jaden Smith at 53rd Annual Grammy Awards from the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday, February 13.

Justin Bieber is famous for something other than his music and that is his trademark, floppy haircut.

Teens all over the world have been clamoring for Justin's locks but the simple cut requires plenty of upkeep. Well, if you're Justin anyway!

The One Time star's stylist has revealed that Justin spends a whopping £900 a month on making sure his mane is in tip top condition.

Vanessa Price invented Justin's trademark cut and told Life&Style magazine: "I usually cut his hair every couple of weeks when he's on tour."

She continued: "I've heard adults joke they were going to take his hair after I cut it. I tell them they're really creepy.

"We both were shocked people cared that much about someone's hair!"
Vanessa reportedly works for around $750 (£470) per cut so Justin's hair bill would be around $1500 (£940) a month whilst he's on tour.

Justin Bieber next challenger?

The story of the night has to be the impressive talent shown by a chubby little kid named Jacee Badeaux.

The 15-year-old winner of FOX-44's "Baton Rouge Idol" competition last summer doesn't look like your typical pop star. But once he started singing Ottis Redding's "Sitting on the Dock of the Bay" last night, he had mouths dropping in the audition room – and also in my living room.

What a good voice! This kid has great range and solid vocal control. Best of all, the judges loved him. Jennifer Lopez called Jacee cute and adorable, and Steven Tyler hailed his singing as “a work of art” and “a thing of beauty.”

That might be a slight exaggeration, and I’m not so sure Justin Bieber has to watch his back just yet. But this little kid from Lafayette, La., could make this season interesting. He is certainly worth watching.

Justin Bieber's Next Album To Capture Justin Timberlake's Magic

Justin Bieber may have declined the chance to join Justin Timberlake's label, but according to a songwriter in the know, the former 'NSYNC crooner is the inspiration for the teen sensation's upcoming album. 

Songwriter Sean "The Pen "Garrett, who has been working with Bieber on the follow-up to the chart-ruling My World 2.0., spoke with Billboard about the direction for the teen superstar's forthcoming album, saying the project will feature more grown-up fare. 

"What we're trying to do with Justin is to segue him into young adulthood," Garrett said of the project, which is also slated to feature production from hitmaker Christopher "Tricky" Stewart. 

"The one great thing about Justin Bieber is the fact that his fans are going to grow with him. So we want all the fans that started out with him to still be intrigued and excited about him, but we want to also stretch out a little bit and make the fans that are 22-23 years old love Justin as well. When Justin Timberlake went from the last album of *N Sync to his first solo album -- I want to say [we're aiming for] that level. That's the bar for the type of song, that level of 'Cry Me a River,' big records." 

Garrett, who has crafted records for stars like Chris Brown and Bieber's mentor Usher, also said he's hard at work on Beyoncé's next project. However, the songwriter didn't divulge too much information, only revealing that he's "been working with her extremely hard ... she's my favorite." 

While Garrett said the plan for his next outing is to angle Bieber toward a swiftly maturing audience, Bieber himself has refused to categorize his music, insisting to MTV News in December that he's just focused on creating quality records. 

"Whatever comes out of my mouth is just what you guys are going to hear," Bieber explained of his hits. "I don't know, it's not a specific type of music. Whatever music I write, I wouldn't say I'm pop or R&B or country or anything: I would just say it's just good music,"

 Justin Bieber’s calling all pet lovers to ‘adopt from your local shelter!’ He doesn’t want any more pups, like his own precious Sam, to have to be put down!

Don’t you just love cuddly puppies? Well so does Justin Bieber! Justin has partnered up with PETA for the second time to help encourage animal lovers to adopt their pets from shelters instead of buying them from breeders or pet stores.

“It’s really important that people adopt,” Justin says. “I really encourage going out to an animal shelter or a place where you can get a dog who has been abandoned or doesn’t have a home.”

“Every year, 6 to 8 million abandoned or stray dogs and cats enter animal shelters—and half of them must be euthanized because of a lack of good homes,” says PETA . “Justin wants his fans to know that buying a dog or a cat from a pet store or a breeder takes a home away from a deserving animal waiting in a shelter for a loving family.”

Justin even has pup himself! “I have a dog named Sam — a papillon,” Justin shares. “We moved to a city where I didn’t really know anybody and I wanted a friend around. Sam was kind of like that friend.”

Justin Bieber Performing At The Grammys

The Grammys have caught a serious case of Bieber Fever.

Best New Artist nominee Justin Bieber has been added to the growing list of performers for this year’s awards show. He confirmed rumors of a performance today (January 19) on his Twitter account and revealed another performer in the process (we assume). “Excited for the #grammys – officially performing and bringing my big bro [Usher] with me. super grateful. the GRAMMYS!!,” Bieber tweeted.

The Grammy news continues to leak out. StereoGum.com reveals rockers Muse are also on tap to perform. Earlier today, Rolling Stone announced Bruno Mars, B.o.B, and Janelle Monae as performers.

The new batch of announced performers will join previously confirmed acts Eminem, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Cee-Lo Green, Arcade Fire, and Miranda Lambert.

At this point, there is still no confirmation on the rumored Britney Spears performance, though more performers and presenters are still yet to be announced.

The 53rd annual Grammy Awards will air live Sunday, February 13 at 8pm EST on CBS.

Kutcher: 'Bieber Punk'd could happen'

Ashton Kutcher has revealed that he is in talks with Justin Bieber for the 16-year-old to host a reboot of the MTV series Punk'd.

In an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, the No Strings Attached actor insisted that nothing is final but that he will stay involved with the series and would love to see Bieber at the helm.

"I really can't talk about it because everything's sort of in process. It's a possibility that it could be happening," Kutcher explained.

"I will not be hosting the show in the future. People were afraid I was going to punk them wherever I went and I'm starting to get invited to stuff again and it's actually a good thing. I'll be involved in some capacity if we do it and there could be a new host but I can't say a whole lot."

Asked why he thinks Bieber has the potential to host the show, Kutcher said: "He's a nice kid and he's a funny kid - and people don't know he's a funny kid yet... and he's sneaky. And I like sneaky people."

“Born to Be Somebody”??

Famed songwriter Diane Warren picked up a Golden Globe last weekend for her collaboration with Cher in the recent musical drama “Burlesque.” Will she be back at the ceremony for her upcoming collaboration with Justin Bieber?

That’s right. It’s being reported that Warren has penned “Born to Be Somebody” for pop sensation Bieber that will be heard during the singer’s 3D film “Never Say Never,” which opens on Feb. 11.

“It’s a beautiful song,” Warren said at a Golden Globes after-party, according to Billboard Magazine. “That’s a good age difference between Cher and Justin — 40 years!”

Warren’s no stranger to celebrity collaborations. Over the years, she has penned songs for Celine Dion, Toni Braxton and Aerosmith. She admitted on Sunday that she “just finished” the track for Bieber. We are anxious to hear it, but will have to wait for a few more weeks until the movie opens (or the song leaks).
