The FCC and the stockholders of Citadel still have to do so, but it looks like they'll be doing it by the end of this week.
Then it will get interesting here in Chicago at WLS-AM and WLS-FM. We'll see what plans Cumulus has for their new properties. They've certainly had lots of time to think about it.
