According to Tom Taylor's column this morning, the woman from Chicago who accused Herman Cain of sexual harassment has radio ties...
"Herman Cain’s first public accuser is a former Chicago radio staffer. Sharon Bialek worked at Tribune’s WGN radio (720) from 2001 to 2004, when WLS-TV News says she left and soon afterwards accepted a gig at CBS Radio’s WCKG (105.9)...Channel 7 says Bialek has a history of changing jobs and 'appears to have struggled financially.' She filed for personal bankruptcy twice, the second time due to large legal bills. That was in 2001, the year she joined WGN."
The report from Channel 7 makes her sound like a hobo, hitching a ride from job to job. In fairness to Sharon, that job hopping description would fit just about every person that has ever worked in radio. It's not exactly a stable career. (Although, it doesn't explain the bankruptcy or the large legal bills she incurred before she went into radio).
