The starting catcher for the Washington Nationals, Wilson Ramos, was kidnapped at gunpoint in his home yesterday in Venezuela. Ramos was in his native Venezuela to play winter ball, and was simply relaxing outside with his family when he was abducted. As of this morning, the kidnappers have not made any demands.
