Republicans, Democrats, and Tea Partiers are all hated by the American public. It's the lowest rating Congress has ever gotten. And quite frankly, I'm surprised there are 13% that approve. But you know who the American public never blames for this? The American public. We voted (or neglected to vote) for these clowns.
