Lindsay Lohan Fails Drug Test - Not Going Back to Jail – Epic Fail Video

There comes a time when you lose your ability to feel sorry for some people.

After multiple arrests, rehab stays, probation, fines, lost jobs, and media scrutiny, it looks like Lindsay Lohan has finally screwed the pooch.

Lohan appeared in court this morning to answer to Judge Stephanie Sautner after violating her probation by testing positive to alcohol during a drug test.

Who could have seen that one coming?

It seems that Lindsay failed one of the two drug tests she took this week and that violated her probation.

Lohan is under house arrest at her Venice Beach home and is under strict orders to not drink alcohol or take drugs.

But as we all know, Lohan has been partying it up while on house detention, and even threw a BBQ party last Sunday for her friends.

Just a few days ago she told Life Style Magazine,

"I'm a very social person, and I like being outside, especially in Venice Beach. I'd like to get out more. Just going out and having dinner. It's a nice way to just be reading scripts and focusing on what I'm going to do next. I've been having a lot of work-related meetings. Sometimes my friends come over. When my friends come over, they're not drinking. Alcohol is not in my house, so it's just not a part of my life."

Lindsay, saying the words out load does not make them true.

She was also paid $25,000 for a 30 second video shot that was filmed at her home while under house arrest.

Sources say the District Attorney were none too happy that Lohan was throwing parties and flaunting her detention.

So this morning the Judge was expected to threw her back in jail!

But unfortunately, due to a technicality surrounding the testing dates Lohan can not be found guilty for the negative test result. Only in Hollywood folks!

It kind of makes you wonder how many chances this girl is going to get, and quite frankly is an embarrassment to the California judicial system.

Lindsay Lohan Sentenced to 4 Months in Jail for Parole Violation

Lindsay Lohan was just sentenced to 120 days in jail for parole violation.

Lohan was in court today to answer to charges she stole a $2,500 necklace from a jewelry store.

Lindsay is already on probation – and has been for several years.

Judge Stephanie Sautner said a trail for her charge of felony theft can move forward and that Lohan had violated her parole.

The judge ordered her to immediately begin serving a 4 month jail sentence for the parole violation, and required her to do 12 weeks of community service at a women’s shelter and the morgue.

She was led out of the court room in handcuffs, then downstairs to be processed, and finally to her jail cell.

Lohan’s lawyer Shawn Holley said a bail bondsman was standing by to supply the $75,000 bail money, and that she would immediately file an appeal.

Just a day after Lindsay Lohan confirmed that she and DJ Samantha Ronson had broken up, the actress says she's feeling "so alone" without Sam by her side.

According to Us, Sam broke it off with Lohan on Friday and then hired five security guards to keep her out of the Chateau. Lohan told the magazine that she was also shunned by other partygoers as they made their way in.

You’ll remember De Matteo best for her role as Adriana La Cerva in The Sopranos. She has also appeared in several films including Swordfish, Deuces Wild, and The Perfect You. In 2004, de Matteo won an Emmy for Best Supporting Actress (Drama) for her Sopranos role. She was also nominated for a Golden Globe that same year for the same role.Now back to this thing between De Matteo and Lohan - If Lindsay had taken De Matteo up on her proposition, who do you think would have come out on top?

But Lohan claims de Matteo was a character out of “Mean Girls” last weekend with others. Lohan claims Drea was dreadful to her, being all Soprano like (yes, she was in that too).

Drea de Matteo is best known as Adriana La Cerva, from 1999 to 2006 on “The Sopranos” for which she won the Emmy in 2004 for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series.
